Design Services:
Services are provided for design work at the following rates:
$65.00 per hour for design work $ 5.00 per page for copy of design prints suited for building by $100.00 for Materials List used for estimating $100.00 for Specifications used for bidingClient will be billed once a total of $500.00 has been accumulated in design work and for every $500.00 accumulated here after or at the completion of the design phase whichever comes first.
Client will be reimbursed up to 1% of the total project cost or cost of design phase whichever is the lesser of the two, if Little Pond Building is awarded the construction bid for the project and has a signed contract for said project. Reimbursement will be given on the final invoice of the contract in the form of a credit.
Examples being:
Design phase cost client $1075.00, Project awarded to Little Pond Building for the total contract price of $175,000.00. Client will receive up to $1,750.00 in a credit on the final invoice. There being the total cost of your design phase of $1075.00 will be credited on the last invoice. (Design phase cost is lesser than the 1% reimbursement).
Design phase cost client $1075.00, Project awarded to Little Pond Building for the total contract price of $100,000.00. Client will receive a $1,000.00 in a credit on the final invoice. (Design phase cost is greater than the 1% reimbursement).
